We ordered these items a long time ago and just received them. Because the order was taking so long, we attempted to cancel it but the Maker refused and said the item was already in the process of being shipped. Additionally, two out of the three items we originally ordered came in but did not appear on our order page so we had to reach out to the Maker again to get the return label for those items as well.
