Milk & Rose was founded in New York with a simple refusal: that ethical jewelry had to look like it was apologizing for something. We create modern, everyday pieces crafted entirely in sterling silver (925) and gold vermeil—nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and made to be kept forever. Our production is rooted in responsible craftsmanship. Our handmade collection is built from scratch by two generational artisans at a small studio in Istanbul using traditional methods and scrap silver to minimize waste, while our daily essentials are produced in Italy using locally sourced materials. We run a nearly zero-waste process, reworking damaged pieces and returns into entirely new designs. Because we have been on the retail side ourselves, we deeply understand what it takes to drive sell-through. Before expanding into wholesale, we fine-tuned our collections by operating our own successful storefronts in high-traffic, iconic locations including the World Trade Center, the Seaport, Roosevelt Field Mall, and Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Today, our line is stocked in premium boutiques across New York, Rhode Island, and Los Angeles, and featured on curated platforms like Garmentory. We are proudly woman-owned, investor-free, and priced without the industry-standard 10x markup because we believe sustainability shouldn’t come with a luxury tax.
