Poorly packaged goods without the outer packaging of the individual jellyfish simply put into the large box without protecting the goods. We won't order again.

Our apologies! We send our jellyfish lanterns loosely shipped for hanging or in individual boxes. This info is listed in the details of the jellyfish lanterns so the retailer knows before purchase. We usually leave it up to the store to decide as most of our retailers like them to not be boxed and prefer to hang them around the store instead. For shipping purposes it cuts down the cost as well. We should have double checked with your store to make sure before we shipped them out to you. —Republic Of Party LLC • Sep 7, 2021
