Everything was wonderful, but the company could save time and money if the shoes labeled size 5.5 - 38 didn't fit like a size 36. Such a pity—great quality, handling and communication.

The products are very nice, the quality is fair for the price and the selection is great. My complaint is that I emailed 3 months ago that a strap had a defective hook on it that as soon as the customer moved it an inch, snapped. It was like it was welded so it couldn't pivot the way the other did. I asked if I could simply be shipped a new strap and heard nothing back. I actually forgot until we were cleaning out a corner of the storage cupboard and there sits the last purse from the order.
