I noticed the white border before I ordered but assumed that the actual print would be 8x10 and maybe it was printed on 8.5x11 to satisfy the border. The actual print in about 7x9 meaning if you frame as an 8x10 the white border will show. That’s such a bummer! 😞

I'm so sorry that you are disappointed with the white boarder! This is a usual print custom , as frames sold with mattes are much more popular than frames sold without. With the boarder, we ensure that the print won't be hidden by the matte! With this said , I am more then happy to make a custom order for you next time, with no white boarder!! :) —Peach & Clementine - Curated Print Collection • Jun 19, 2024

The artwork is great. The paper quality for the prints could be improved. Ship time was a little slow but communication was good.
