The product itself is wonderful! The fulfillment response is much to delayed.

Hi Lynn, We apologize for the delay in shipping and hope we can improve this on your next order. As we communicated in our emails, we experienced a onetime issue with our fulfillment center and we included some extra product in your shipment as our way of saying sorry. Please know this has only happened once and we are typically very fast with our fulfillment times. I hope we can improve your experience next time. Best, Lara —Lollipetals • Nov 20, 2024
