I was dissatisfied with the quality of the products. I believe that for the price I have paid, the quality should be better. The low cost items were ok, but a bracelet to retail for over $70 should not be made of low cast beads.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that one of the pieces did not meet your expectations. Quality and craftsmanship are very important to us, and we take concerns like this seriously. Our bracelets are priced based on design, hand-assembly, materials, and the overall aesthetic intended for boutique and specialty retail. That said, we understand that value is ultimately determined by how the piece is perceived by the retailer and their customers. Your honest input helps us to continue to refine our collections and ensure clarity around materials and design intent. —Jewelry By BDK • Jan 28, 2026
