Two boxes arrived damaged. With the duty and taxes and shipping my cost is outrageous. No one wants to buy my damaged boxes or the price I have to charge to just to break even.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and we're very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it is to receive damaged boxes, especially with the added costs of shipping, duties, and taxes. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your feedback with our team. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve. —PicassoTiles • Jul 13, 2026
