Just like every other review , I highly suggest not ordering from ORB- due to zero communication and lead times of 6 to 9 months with no communication. I ordered smushers to start, sent numerous messages, called their automated line, never got a response got a cancelation- and I know for an absolute fact, I had purchased them before anybody else the day they were put out within minutes of the listing going live. All the other shipments have come with zero packing and have all AIR

I made total of 3 orders. The first made it as expected. The second did not arrive. I asked for an update, it was canceled with no communication. The third order, again late. Requested a update. No response, so I requested it be canceled. Received auto notification that Orb declined cancelation bc it was processing. More time went by and then Orb canceled it, again without direct communication. Not a company I would ever be able to rely on.
