We make it fresh daily in our Athens, Georgia cafe and offer a 6 month frozen and/or 3 months refrigerated shelf life. Make your customers happy and add Alumni to your offerings! **We ship our cookie dough in insulated boxes with gel packs to keep from extreme temperatures affecting the appearance of the dough. The product may arrive with gel packs melted and at ambient temperature, which is perfectly fine (we use no ingredients that will spoil during transit)!
