Purchased product:
This order was fulfilled within 5 business days from order to delivery in excellent shape. The problem appears to be that our customer thought to have ordered a larger product with a pin/needle type of larger punch rivets, which we do not sell or advertise at our shop. Our desperate communication efforts with our customer unfortunately did not result in success. We feel the need to respond publicly since we indicate product specs inside the listing and on product title, we also send a design proof for every order. We would be very happy to help and discuss options if we were informed about the dissatisfaction, which we never avoid if we knew, since customer service is our top priority - we do not sell leather pieces; we sell custom branding solutions.
