About Seek & Swoon

Seek & Swoon is a collection of modern throw blankets designed to bring a sense of warmth, texture, and story into everyday spaces. Founded by Jala Smith-Huys and based in Portland, Oregon, each design is created with a focus on pattern, color, and how a piece will live in the home. Many of the blankets are inspired by places, but the goal is simple: to create something that feels both beautiful and easy to live with. All throws are made in small batches at a family-owned American knitting mill using recycled cotton. They’re soft, durable, and designed for real life—draped over a sofa, layered on a bed, or wrapped around you at the end of the day. Throws are available in three sizes: • 30x40 (baby) • 50x60 (standard) • 60x80 (large) Custom colorways are available, and we enjoy collaborating on special projects with shops, hotels, and other partners. We are small and independent, and have been featured in Sunset Magazine, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc., Apartment Therapy, Popsugar, and more. Wholesale policy: Wholesale pricing is set for resale. If you are not reselling but are interested in bulk, real estate, corporate, or designer discounts, please contact us directly.Read their story
