The product quality was really lovely, especially the winter hats. I will say that I was disappointed when the fulfillment time said "asap" and then didn't ship until about a month after placing the order. The tube cowls are a little more odd in person than they were in the photos. Otherwise, I'd consider placing another order for the hats again for sure.

Thank you for sending in the review. I am sorry you were not satisfied with the lead time. My business lead time stated on my profile page is set at 30 days due to the fact I am a handmade business. Which means each and every hat and scarf is hand knit by me once an order is placed. I am not sure how Faire notified you or allowed the options for shipping ASAP. When I accepted the order I marked it to ship on Nov 30.
