Welcome to Old Town Spice Shop! Our journey began in 1985 when the Godbey family moved to Colorado, quickly making Fort Collins our home. By September 2010, we realized Northern Colorado needed a dedicated shop for fresh, high-quality spices. Today, our brick-and-mortar store in Historic Old Town Fort Collins, Colorado offers over 800 items, all produced in our commercial kitchen and packaged in 100% food-grade materials. We like the products. But we don’t care for the fact it takes 3-4 weeks to fulfill our orders. I haven’t come across any other wholesalers in the past 15 years of business take this long to ship orders. Forecasting sales a month in advance isn’t very reliable. There must be a reason this takes so long. But the last time I mentioned it, therexwas no explanation.

Charles, Thanks for your review. On average we get orders out within 5-7 business days. Periodically it will take longer if we are having a hard time getting an ingredient (this is what happened with your last order). We are working on decreasing our production time. Currently we produce orders as they come in to make sure we are providing the best freshness. As we grow, we are expanding our inventory to better get orders out faster.
