About Sweet Grass Farm
Sweet Grass Farm started on a very simple premise — we have always been interested in creating our own body care products and soaps. Starting in the kitchen, hand-stirring batches of creative and good-for-you products, we were dreaming of a business that could provide fragrant and gentle products at affordable prices, with a good dose of friendly service. Since the start of Sweet Grass Farm, we have grown into a company who sells a variety of natural products for the body and the home. These products don’t contain the same harmful ingredients that many other companies add to their beauty and home products. Our list of products has expanded and we are happy to provide so many natural products. We are happy to know that you are reading this information, visiting our website, thinking about our products. This is truly all we wanted to accomplish. Please know that we always appreciate your feedback, your support, and your business.

Hi Donna, we're sorry again for the disappointment. The lavender gift packs went out of stock before the order could be fulfilled, so they were removed rather than delaying the remainder of the shipment. When you reached out, we offered to send an available alternative at no charge or to recall the shipment so the order could be canceled and refunded. You let us know you would still like to receive the shipment. We completely understand that you would have preferred to be contacted before it shipped, and we appreciate the feedback! —Sweet Grass Farm • Sep 10, 2026
