Peman is a French brand, managed by a single person and based in Biarritz in the Basque Country. A milliner by training, Oceane Peman decided to expand her range of products - which she will continue to expand - to offer more than just head accessories. All products are entirely handmade, from pattern making to finishing, in her workshop in Biarritz.
