We've placed a few orders with this company, recently they dropped the ball on an order. It has been 2 months, with little to no communication, I've followed up about 10 times in a row. When I do get a response they've said they will work on it as it has fallen between the cracks. They also charged us on a different order for part of this order, so hoping to somehow get a refunded on that as well. Once the design was agreed on, they ghosted me. Wouldn't recommend to work with.
