Fulfillment
Ordered surgical bras for customers with their upcoming surgeries. Package was lost in the shipping process. Contacted Under Control & received delayed responses with zero support in resolving the issues. Was fully charged order amount. Reported issue with Faire. Always go straight to Faire when you encounter a problem, not the company. Highly disappointed that we were unable to come through for our customers. Poor communication & lack of customer service.
