My name is Weilin Chen. I've been very fond of shoes since I was a child. My major in university is footwear design. Very bad experience with this webshop. I have wanted to cancel my order since December, but each time I was told they would get back to me. To date this has not been resolved in a proper way. In the meantime money has been taken from my account, while I never received my order. I was told the package had been delivered, but I did not receive a package, did not get any notification and did not sign for anything. I would NOT recommend ordering here.
