About Benny
Benny is the first and only energy drink in Canada blending the powerful ingredients of adaptogens with the health benefits of yerba mate. Co-founders Julie and Paige dropped everything, left their careers, and moved back in with their parents to revolutionize the energy market in their early 20s. They both felt they had reached “rock bottom” in both their physical and mental health. The culprit? The traditional energy drinks that were sending them into a constant state of fight or flight. They saw a major gap for an energy drink that was truly good for you, and one that catered to women, who were historically underserved in this market. Over the past two years Julie and Paige partnered with an incredible Naturopathic Doctor to formulate a proprietary formula with 37x less sugar, brain boosting adaptogens, and a clean, crash-free boost from yerba mate.

We love Benny! All the girls at the yoga studio think it’s a perfect amount of caffeine— and the packaging is so cute! We love that it’s a women owned business!
