After a trip to visit family in Malaysia, I returned home with a family recipe I couldn't wait to share with the world. Made of shiitake mushrooms, Pan's Mushroom Jerky provides a delicious taste and satisfying texture. Pan's Mushroom Jerky is a good source of fiber, vegan, plant-based, kosher, soy-free, gluten-free, naturally cholesterol free, and delicious.
