About Hoooked
Hoooked: Pioneers in sustainable crafting since 2008. From our recycling centre in Portugal, we transform fashion industry textile waste into vibrant, high-quality yarns—no dyes, no water waste, 100% traceable. Our Story: Born from seeing massive fabric scraps in European factories, we recycle surplus textiles into craft-ready yarns. First came Zpagetti, the original T-shirt yarn—hand-sorted by colour, wound into unique cones. Today, we produce RibbonXL tape yarns, EcoTwist macramé cords, Spesso chunky cotton, Cordino twisted cords, and more. Plant-based stars like Jute Tossa/Amaznia (fair trade BCS-certified), silky Eucalyps, and SeaCell blends join our lineup. All Oeko-Tex certified where applicable, supporting fair EU jobs. Yarn Portfolio: CYC 3-7 weights for crochet/knit/macramé. Highlights: - Zpagetti (Super Bulky, 100% reused knits): Bags, poufs (700g cones). - RibbonXL (Bulky/Super Bulky, 80% recycled cotton): Home décor, neon/lurex variants (250g/80g). - EcoTwist (Light, 85% recycled cotton): Macramé, 21 natural shades (250g). - Spesso/Cordino (Super Bulky, 3-5mm): Bold macramé/wall art. - Eco Barbante/Wavy Blends (Medium): Amigurumi, gradients. - Woool'e (Light, 60% recycled wool/40% cotton): Soft garments. - Jute Amaznia (Jumbo): Rugs, outdoor (350g bars). Sustainable, versatile, beginner-friendly. Wholesale-ready for Faire shops—bulk discounts, kits/patterns. Partner with us for eco yarns that sell!

Hi Paula, We’re sorry to see you’ve had this experience. Our records show your order was dispatched and is currently being returned to us because the US customs duties were not paid. These import fees are charged by US customs and are the customer’s responsibility; when they aren’t paid, carriers hold the parcel and then return or destroy it. We’ve already explained this via email and provided the DHL tracking and payment links. As soon as the returned parcel arrives back with us and the refund is processed by Faire, we’ll action your refund immediately. If you’d like, we can also share the return tracking details with you. If you have any questions, please contact us directly at webshop@hoooked.pt so we can help resolve this as quickly as possible. Kind regards —Hoooked • Sep 24, 2026

Love Hoooked yarn. The best T-shirt yarn out there. The only downside is the color options are limited and I’d love to order millions of colors!!
