About Citrus House

Citrus House makes premium dehydrated and dried citrus garnishes for bars, restaurants, and specialty retailers. Every garnish is slow-dried from hand-selected fruit at peak ripeness in our licensed commercial facility in St. Petersburg, FL — preserving the essential oils, the vivid color, and the aroma that fresh citrus loses within hours of being cut. We started with a problem every bar operator and home entertainer knows: fresh citrus garnishes are beautiful for about ten minutes. Then they brown, they wilt, they slide off the rim, and they go in the trash along with the prep time it took to cut them. We built a better answer. The result is a garnish that still smells like the day it was picked when your customer opens the pouch — and holds its color, structure, and aroma for the entire drink. No prep. No waste. No spoilage risk. A 12-month shelf life without refrigeration. Made in the USA. FDA GMP compliant. 100% real fruit — no preservatives, no sulfur, no artificial additives. Our range includes dehydrated and dried orange slices, lemon slices, lime slices, grapefruit halves and blood orange slices, pears, apples and new spiced collection of spiced oranges, pears and apples — each paired to the cocktails that showcase them best. The dehydrated citrus variety pack is our best-selling gift SKU, and our single-variety pouches move consistently in specialty bottle shops, cocktail-forward gift retailers, and boutique hospitality retail.
