Extremely disappointing customer service. My order was fulfilled incorrectly, and when I reached out to have the mistake corrected, I was told they "didn't have time to deal with such a small error." Receiving the wrong product isn't a "small error" when you're paying for premium food products. Mistakes happen, but dismissing a customer instead of making things right is unacceptable. I expected much better service and unfortunately won't be ordering from Number One Caviar again.

Our order showed up with all the cool bags at room temperature. I'm guessing it is because it came across the country.
