About SERRV International

SERRV International partners with small-scale artisans around the world to bring you beautiful one-of-a-kind items. Since 1949, we've committed to fair trade as a tool to fight global poverty and we're a founding member of the Fair Trade Federation. We believe in creating employment, paying fair wages, encouraging sustainable practices, supporting community development, protecting the environment, and preserving traditional crafting techniques. As a nonprofit organization, we strive to offer high-quality, handmade products at reasonable prices. With your support, we'll continue to work with thousands of skilled artisans as they build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities. *In cases of damaged or missing item(s), SERRV cannot fulfill replacement orders. We ask the retailer to submit a claim through Faire to receive a refund for the damaged or missing item(s) and add the replacement product(s) to their next order.Read their story
