About Indwell
Indwell is a lifestyle brand co-founded by two Asian American children of immigrants, women, and mothers — Hatty J. Lee (a licensed psychotherapist) and ReeJae Chi (a life coach/designer) — with a mission to bridge the gap between self-care at home and psychotherapy through high-quality wellness products beautifully designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul. Having grown up with no idea how to care for our mental health because of stigma, financial limitations, and limited access to care, we created Indwell as a love offering for the younger versions of ourselves, our children, and anyone who is on their journey toward well-being.

I love this book. Since early on when I knew I would have an online shop as a vertical in my business, I knew I wanted this book in my store. It is as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. The quality of the book - from the front and back covers, to the page quality, to the content and photos are incredible. It's apparent much thought and love went into this book.

I adore the Indwell book. It's the best book I've found to provide clients and customers as a self-guided tool for their own mental health and inner wellbeing. It's considerate, conscious, and allows a person to self-pace their discovery journey. I wish it came in paperback and a digital version as well.
