About Professor Puzzle USA, Inc.
At its core, Professor Puzzle is a collection of 80 individuals, brimming with talent and energy. We believe that in recent years, as a result of good old-fashioned hard work, our team has become the very best in the business. The result of this combined effort is that every year our business grows. In fact, we recently purchased Ginger Fox UK, so our team and collections of product is ever-continuing to grow and improve! We have offices in London, Chicago, a team in China, and a warehouse in Maryland. The two things we’re most proud of are our people and customer retention. The fact that our employees stay with us is our secret sauce. In turn, this helps us retain and continue to work with our wonderful customers. We think we have the best team. Now we want to feel we have the best culture in the industry. We want to feel that we set the standard when it comes to looking after our colleagues and our customers. Crack that, and we think the rest falls into place.

The mini art and literary puzzles have been a great addition to our shelves and make for the perfect impulse purchase. Some designs are definitely more popular, so we'd love to be able to order individual items in the future, but that's the only things we'd change about the process. Shipping was right on time, and everything was packaged securely.
