While the candles I ordered are in a beautiful tin and smell good, the lids are impossible to remove. There is no customer service number to call and my email to them came back undeliverable. I don’t recommend the product.

The lids can occasionally become a little stuck from movement during transit. To open them, simply press firmly on both sides of the lid at the same time, near the edge, to release the seal.
