A complete disgrace, I have only used Fat Daddio's bakeware in my bakery, my shipment came totally damaged, filed a claim with Faire which was handled. Received a message from Luke at Fat Daddio's that he filed a dispute on my damage claim and advised me he is filing a claim with UPS so you know UPS will sent him the money for the damaged shipment plus they will be paid for the order that I received completely damaged. So they are getting paid twice.
