The scents are nice, honestly Bergamo and Pomelo the most. I'm giving it 4 stars only because I find the bottles a bit misleading — they're a translucent white and only slightly show the colour of the liquid. In the pictures they look more premium than in reality.

I can only give one star because I had to go through a lot with this company to get refunded of products that I never received and knew about it but continue to charge me still until I contacted Faire and they admit to them that the products went back to them and never came to me. I’d like to do business with local people and this character from them was not loyalty. So thank you

The Problem was that you don`t pay the DHL fees. Goods stand in the DHL US Ware House over 3 Weeks. Goods go back to us and we have to pay DHL costs. The Transport will be organized through Faire Forwarder and we have no change to change anything! The normal way is ( if anything is going wrong) to inform Faire , than they contact us and Faire will find a solution for you! But we can do nothing in this case with you directly!! Your President has fixed fees for goods coming from Europe - to avoid troubles in the future we have stopped deliveries into the States!Best regards Jürgen —Grace Cole • Jun 29, 2026
