Just got caught in a loop of delays.Processing then delivery company took days to process with limited updates. love the items. Just the shipping and processing should be a bit better.

Did not get the products I ordered and was not contacted to see what other products I wanted. Instead I was just sent what they felt like giving me. I thought this was very unprofessional and disrespectful to me as a customer.

I am really pissed with the fulfillment of my order. If you are out of the items I ordered let me make the decision of what I want to take instead of sending what you want to send or update me on any back order. Items that I ordered 3 of I was sent 6 of and items I ordered I did not receive this is such a mess. I would never purchase anything else from this company. They are wrong for what they did to me!!
