About Ackroyd's Scottish Bakery
Ackroyd's Bakery is a woman-owned 3rd generation small business. Operating out of metro Detroit since 1949, we have grown from a local butcher shop to a national niche bakery, shipping our food to all 50 states. Now, 70+ years later, we are focused on creating a space offering high quality baked goods to customers and an inclusive, welcoming workplace for employees. We now offer our incredibly popular, rich, butter-forward shortbread, as well as our Irish Soda Bread and Fruit Cake (seasonally), to retailers. We hope you include your shop as one of them! Please feel free to inquire about samples and additional wholesale product options from our offerings found on ackroydsbakery.com. Cheers!
