About ZZAI

Your customers already know hibiscus, tamarind, and ginger. They've just never had them like this. ZZAI is a premium West African sparkling beverage brand, four flavors I grew up on in Nigeria. Chapman at every celebration. Zobo from a street hawker on the walk home from school. Kola passed at the elders' table. These aren't invented flavors chasing a trend, they're drinks hundreds of millions know by heart. What's new is bringing them to an American shelf with real cane sugar and nothing artificial. 12 oz cans, 50-72 cal, 24-month shelf life, no cold chain. Made in the USA. Vegan. Chapman - botanical citrus, cooling cucumber. Nigeria's celebration drink. The one everyone reaches for first. Zobo - hibiscus, ginger, clove. Tart, floral, unapologetic. If your customers know sorrel, bissap, or sobolo, they know this one. TamTam - mango and tamarind. Sweet first, tart after. The crossover that converts every skeptic. Obi - kola and blood orange. Bold kola, layered bitters. Kola gave cola its name, and most Americans have never tasted it. Naturally caffeinated. Why it sells: ZZAI pulls two shoppers to the same shelf. The diaspora recognizes these flavors instantly. Everyone else finds something genuinely new. Our first store sold 84 cans in a weekend before we'd run an ad, then doubled their order. Every demo I've run sold out 48 cans in two hours. Each can features original West African artwork that stop people mid-aisle.Read their story
