About Ghips
America’s first potato chip fried in 100% grass-fed ghee. Buttery, golden, and impossibly crisp — from us, to you. Ghips started as an argument between friends who were sick of chips that taste good and make you feel terrible: seed oils, mystery powders, “natural flavors” doing a lot of heavy lifting. So we fried potatoes in ghee instead, in small batches, with three ingredients we could pronounce. You’ll find us on shelves at The Fresh Market, Mother’s Market, and in specialty grocers across the country — now in Sea Salt, Black Truffle, and Churro.
