About Laurel & Ash Farm

Laurel & Ash Farm is a small, family-run farm in New York’s Hudson Valley devoted to crafting pantry staples from forest and field. From their sugarbush, they produce limited batches of 100% pure, wood-fired maple syrup, alongside slow-fermented vinegars and heirloom grain pancake mix made for everyday ritual and gathering around the table. Rooted in the rhythms of the forest, each product reflects a commitment to traditional methods, thoughtful stewardship, and patient production. Laurel & Ash Farm is proud to be recognized as Certified Bird-Friendly Maple Producers by Audubon New York, ensuring their forest management protects wildlife habitat while sustaining the land for future seasons. Laurel & Ash Farm maple syrup was selected as one of Oprah’s Favorite Things, a testament to its quality, giftability, and the enduring appeal of products made with care. What begins in the woods ends in the kitchen — simple, honest ingredients, made slowly and meant to be shared.Read their story
