I have been ordering from this company for years, but my last order placed in March just sat and sat. I tried to reach out, messages, phone calls, emails, got Faire involved. I got zero response and then the order was just cancelled with no notice. sad because I love their products .

LOVE the products & they sell well, so I keep ordering. But it takes well over a month to get the product after ordering. There is little to no communication about lead time. Est arrival date listed is highly inaccurate. (I'm in 6th week from last order & still no tracking.)
