I hate writing this review as we have been carrying Subtle & Wild for quite a while now. Unfortunately, we had an issue with 6 bags of shower steamers that had lost their form. S&W promised to replace these, promises that they had already been shipped, apologies that they had been lost in the mail, promises that they would be shipped again... then silence. I made multiple attempts to follow up with replies of empty promises or not reply at all. Sad to part ways over 6 bags of shower steamers

I love the product they look good and I am sure they will be adored by my clients. Only issue was the delay in delivery didn't allow me to have them for an event. And I had to reach out to understand reasons for delay. Hopefully, they will last until the New Year for our next wellness event.
