Family-owned since 1991. Designed in Waconia, Minnesota, and run today by the second generation. L-Bow started with a mom of four who wanted her kids to stay outside longer. She built a mitten with a long gauntlet that pulls over the coat sleeve and reaches above the elbow, so snow stays out and the mitten stays on, with no strings or clips on the cuff. Her son Kevin and his wife Olivia own the company now, and her grandkids wear the same mittens. Mittens and gloves come in three warmth levels, 70g, 100g, and 150g, each matched to a kind of day, so your staff can point a parent to the right pair in one sentence.
