ZERO star: Patrol Jeans provided poor communication and customer service. My order was delayed until Faire intervened. I received a men’s jacket instead of the women’s style ordered, and they initially denied the error despite their listings showing otherwise. After agreeing to replace it, they shipped the replacement to a former address, blamed me, and refused to help resolve the issue. The package was returned to them, and they stopped responding altogetherI would not purchase from them again.

I embroider the backs and front of these and I must say the quality is fantastic. My customers love them.
