I'm having so many issues with your shipping. Products from almost every batch ordered are missing. One box showed up completely empty, because the tape gave way and all the items were gone except a few peanuts. The post office may be the fault, but please explore another shipping route.

Hi Michelle, Can you let us know the tracking number on the box that arrived empty. We can make a claim with USPS and ship out a replacement. Also it looks like one of your boxes got routed to SPRINGFIELD MA for some reason, even though the destination is Arizona. If that one doesn't get there by the end of the week we can make a claim on that one as well and send you out a replacement.
