About Rachy H Studio

Hi! I’m Rachel, the artist and maker behind Rachy H Studio. I’ve been making art for as long as I can remember, and Rachy H Studio really grew from my love of creating things that feel colorful, nostalgic, and a little unexpected. I started with drawing pop-culture designs on Procreate and turned them into cards, which got me to turn more and more of my ideas into stickers, beaded felt pieces, and eventually my first craft kit. Most of my ideas start with something that makes me smile. An animal I think would be cute covered in beads, a funny phrase that belongs on a card, something I loved as a kid, or just a random idea that gets stuck in my head until I have to make it. Everything begins with my own drawings and is designed from my home studio in Houston. The kits are packed by hand, designed completely by me, and started from a sketch in one of my journals. Some of the card and sticker designs have over 50 layers on translucent strokes of vibrant colors. Every glitter spot on every sticker is intentional and thought out. I consider these cards and stickers to be art. More than anything, I want Rachy H Studio to feel happy. I hope my pieces are the kind of things you spot across a store and immediately want to pick up, laugh at, give to someone you love, or take home for yourself.
