The custom tissue paper itself turned out great, the quality is excellent and our logo printed beautifully. I do recommend the product. However, fulfillment was a major issue. Site states 8 to 10 days; I ordered July 16th. By August 13th, no update, so I checked in and was told it would ship next day. It did not. Followed up again August 26th, no response. Tried to cancel; denied because a tracking number was entered right before the window closed. If you're on a deadline, plan for a long wait.

The mock-up was really nice, and we were excited about our customized "gift wrapping tissue" that we wanted for the holiday season. We never received the order, and were credited on our invoice. I truly believe it was a busy time of the year, and somehow our order wasn't processed/fulfilled. I don't need the item now, but if I decided to reorder, I would most likely give this company another opportunity. I realize that things happen, and I loved the quality of the mock-up..
