Hi Gillian, We're truly sorry your order arrived in that condition. We completely understand that damaged packaging makes the products unsuitable for retail, regardless of the quality of the derma stamps themselves. We issued a full refund immediately, and we also took feedback like yours seriously by making significant improvements to our packaging after these early shipments. Our products are now shipped in much more protective packaging to prevent this from happening again, and we've had excellent results since making those changes.
