About MagicLinen (We handle U.S. import procedures for you)
**Attention U.S. Buyers** Import duties for U.S. orders are already included in our shipping cost. Any duty estimates shown by Faire are automatically generated by their system and do **not** apply to MagicLinen shipments. We ship U.S. orders under **DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)** terms, which means MagicLinen takes care of all U.S. customs formalities for you. No unexpected import fees, no additional duty payments upon delivery — just smooth, worry-free shipping. --- Born in Vilnius, Lithuania, MagicLinen is a family-run studio creating premium European linen home textiles. Our flax is sourced from trusted European growers, and every piece is crafted locally in Lithuania, ensuring exceptional quality from seed to stitch. Here, linen is more than a fabric — it is part of everyday life. From timeless bedding to beautifully made table linens, linen has filled our homes for generations, becoming softer, stronger, and more soulful with time. At MagicLinen, we believe home textiles should be both functional and beautiful. Our collections are known for: • Premium European flax linen • Local production in Lithuania • Rich, timeless color palette • Thoughtful design details • Durable pieces made to last • Smooth U.S. shipping with duties included We invite you to embrace effortless style, surround your customers with natural beauty, and fall in love with linen that lasts. Hi Terry, We’re sorry to see that you were so disappointed with your first order from MagicLinen. As discussed in our correspondence, your concern relates to the shipping cost rather than the quality of the products received. MagicLinen manufactures and ships from Lithuania, and for U.S. orders our shipping costs include applicable import duties and tariffs under DDP terms. This information is clearly stated on our Faire storefront prior to purchase, including a dedicated notice for U.S. buyers. We understand that international shipping costs can be significant for very small wholesale orders and may not work for every retailer. However, we remain committed to transparent pricing and communication and are always happy to clarify shipping costs before an order is placed. Kind regards, MagicLinen —MagicLinen (We handle U.S. import procedures for you) • Sep 4, 2026

The quality looks okay but I’m not impressed by the ties in the duvet. They are just poor cotton ribbons and not made out of the same fabric as they should be
