About NOOISH

NOOISH is about more than just food. It’s a hug from a loved one, the joy of sharing a meal with a friend, and the comfort of knowing you belong. We celebrate tradition while embracing the future. We allow our customers to dive into that warm feeling with our delicious, fluffy matzo balls in a ready-to-roll, instant bowl. I'm Sarah Nathan, a consumer packaged food and Jewish culinary industry veteran. After helping hundreds of entrepreneurs and seeing how many of them were elevating their traditional foods, I was inspired to launch NOOISH. I thought, why isn’t there a Jewish brand that speaks to a mass audience? I recognized the love that people have for matzo ball soup – whether they are Jewish, Jew-ish, or just love soup. I also recognized the hurdles to having matzo ball soup: making from scratch is time consuming, you might not have a neighborhood deli open or near you when you have a craving or aren’t feeling well, and shipping soup frozen via Goldbelly or Spoonful of Comfort for $150+. Nooish solves this problem by leveraging technology that makes the balls shelf stable. This technology also maintains the texture, flavor, and nutrients, resulting in shocking fluffy, delicious, and satisfying matzo ball soup - in fact, it's the World's First Instant Matzo Ball Soup. It's CRC Pareve Kosher, vegetarian, and made with elevated, clean ingredients. We partner with Burlap and Barrel and Redmond's Real Salt. Read their story
