Product quality
This has been an unfortunate experience for us. We received only half of our order and most of it was damaged. The second half of our order was never delivered because it was cited as damaged and non-deliverable. When we asked if they would honor the "free shipping" promotion from the damaged order for a new order, we were told there was nothing they could do, nor were they willing to offer any discount on a future order to help make this right.
