Fulfillment
I was really excited to get tumblers for my inventory, unfortunately my order was marked as shipped but I was only shipped a quantity of 20 out of 100, they put a note that they would be shipping 20 at a time, but I have to pay my full invoice once marked shipped. When I got them the quality was good for the tumbler but the wrap was faded on a lot of them. I ended up cancelling my order due to these reasons.

Only received a small portion of my order and what we received wasn’t the quality that was expected. I reached out to the brand to resolve the issues and they never responded back
