About Kosha Botanica

Welcome to Kosha Botanica, an herbal botanical company that not only offers nourishing herbal blends but also serves as a gateway to self-discovery, wellness, and spiritual awakening. At Kosha Botanica, we understand the intricate connection between the mind, body, and soul and strive to create a community that encourages people to explore this connection through the healing power of herbs and botanicals. Our name ‘Kosha Botanica’ is derived and inspired from the Sanskrit word ‘kosha’ which refers to the five layers or sheaths which make up our physical, energetic, mental, intellectual, and spiritual bodies. According to yoga and Vedic philosophy each layer represents a unique aspect of our being. When we have alignment in all five Koshas, we are most balanced, physically, mentally and spiritually. Each layer contributes to our overall wellbeing when in balance we can awaken our consciousness, heal our bodies, and connect with our true selves. We believe that true health and wellness are not just about the physical body, but also encompass the mind, emotions, and spirit. By cultivating ancient Ayurvedic traditions with modern-day remedies, we strive to create a balance of mind, body, and soul that enriches and elevates your overall wellbeing.Read their story
