Communication
Wow. I wish I could give less than a star because even one star feels extremely generous. The quality of these shirts has gone downhill tremendously. I’ve purchased several from this brand and they have NEVER been like this. There was ZERO communication. I reached out multiple times and even contacted Faire 3 times with no resolution. I will NEVER order from this brand again. I cannot advise you enough to run FAR, FAR, FAR away.

Over a month late to arrive. I messaged the company twice and did not receive a response. I tried to cancel the order because it was after my drop and then all of a sudden it got shipped.

Order arrived very late like over a month later i believe. Tried to contact the seller MULTIPLE times. Even reached out to Faire support and they haven’t been able to reach seller either. Had to make other orders to make up for an order that was extremely late yet am expected to pay full price. Tried messaging seller to see what was going on or work out details. no response. One shirt I ordered isn’t even the right color.

Ordered the shirt that is shown. Received a completely different shirt. After having to message regarding where the order was and when it was going to ship (no response) and now messaged regarding the order being completely wrong and still no response. Bad experience all around. The design on the wrong shirt is even crooked.
