About Kaizen Food Company
When Arash started his 100 lbs weight loss journey, he thought pasta was off the menu forever. Other options were too high carb, and veggie noodles just weren’t cutting it. So, he and his wife, Madalina, created Kaizen—a game-changing, low carb pasta that’s also high-protein, gluten-free, and grain-free. Made with lupini and fava beans, it offers the taste and texture of traditional pasta but with 80-85% fewer carbs. Our low carb pasta is not only gluten-free and grain-free but also low glycemic and cooks in half the time of other options. Now, we’re on a mission to transform the carbs we consume, making them inclusive without compromise. It's time to put pasta back on the menu with our high-protein, gluten-free, and grain-free pasta.
